The fee structure for my accounting and payroll services was designed with the small business owner in mind, and illustrates the great value it offers. Fees for accounting services are entirely flat-rate, and are automatically debited from your business checking account each month. The monthly fee is similar to a retainer paid monthly, and can easily be built into your monthly budget. You will not be billed hourly for any agreed-upon accounting services that I perform for you. This means that you can call me anytime during office hours with accounting related questions without feeling you are on the clock. When I call you, or come to visit your place of business, you can also rest assured that you are not on the clock.

Flat rate service fees Monthly accounting fees range, on the average, from $200 to $400 per month. Most clients contract for services in the $300 per month range. The fee is arrived at by factoring in the volume of transactions, frequency of the work, complexity of the accounting, and any other special needs you'd like to contract for. Once the fee is agreed upon, we will sign a month to month accounting agreement, and off to work I go!

Payroll fees are handled with each processed payroll, and are also debited from your business checking account. They are figured based upon pay cycle, number of employees and how the payroll is delivered. Please call for a quote. All payroll services include calculating and making your payroll tax deposits, preparing and filing your quarterly reports, and preparing and filing your annual W-2s.
